Warranty & Returns

What kind of warranty do I get on my product?

All products in our range come with a 2 year warranty (with the exception of cosmetics , edibles and candles ). This warranty covers manufacturing defects, but not damage caused by misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear. Should a product be defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will offer repair , replacement or, if not possible, a full refund .

What should I do if my product is defective?

If you receive a defective product that is under warranty, please contact us as soon as possible . We will repair or replace the product. If this is not possible, you will receive a full refund . The defect must be due to a manufacturing defect and not damage from misuse.

How can I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt . The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. For more information on the returns process, please visit our returns page.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We currently do not offer gift wrapping for our products.

Do you ship to countries other than the Netherlands?

Yes, we ship to multiple countries within Europe. Shipping costs vary per country. For detailed information on shipping costs and delivery times, please see our Shipping Policy

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Delivery time depends on the country and the availability of the product. In general, orders can be delivered within 5 to 7 business days in the Netherlands and Belgium and within 7 to 14 business days in other European countries. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

At this time we do not offer gift wrapping. But of course you can always wrap your order yourself to give it a personal touch!
